During July 2011, students will be required to log into their myTrent account and complete their fee calculator found in myAcademicRecord. .Full fees or first instalment will be due August 15, 2011. The fees quoted below exclude housing/meal charges for students accepted into residence. Residence fees, meal plans, books and special course related fees are in addition to the registration fees. Notes: Fees are subject to Board of Governor's approval and may change without notice.
A late payment fee of $75 applies to payments made after any due date with the exception of late admit students - payment is due two weeks after admission date. Students with confirmed OSAP to meet the minimum payment and defering their payment after the deadline will be charged a $35 deferment fee since OSAP is not released prior to the fee deadline date. The University is able to confirm OSAP funding. Students with confirmed OSAP awards need only to negotiate their loan documents with the Financial Aid department when they arrive on campus and do not need to contact either Financial Aid or Student Accounts to request a deferment. As most student registration is incomplete until the month of September, invoices will not be distributed to bill students for completed registration. Students will complete their fee calculator/Interim statement which is found on the portal. The In trim billing statement will allow students to calculate fees due for registered/unregistered credits. Electronic access will be increasing and mailings to home addresses are being discontinued. The University is working toward providing detailed fee invoices based on completed registration and will provide more details as the project progresses. Please check the news items on your student portal for further updates.
